I can honestly say, I can trust On The Move Mobile to keeping my stuff safe. Whenever I need access to anything in my storage container, I contact Ian via text and he replies back immediately. He not only responds back in a timely manner, he makes it convenient for me to find my storage container when I decide to grab some items from there.☺️

I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. GM, Ian was incredibly helpful and flexible with us. This is also THE ONLY POD delivery/Self Storage available to rural areas in the North East (trust me, I called them all). Do you ever have a day when crisis hits and after multiple calls to find a solution, you finally find yourself on the phone with someone who has you grinning from ear to ear in relief? That was what happened to me with On The Move Mobile Storage! Ian heard our situation and quickly had solved our problem. From being super professional and friendly, to responding immediately to our emergency situation PLUS being able to maneuver a huge storage pod down a tiny alley and around cars, this company has proved it's worth in gold. Outstanding. !!!!

They are a small enough company to give personal service, but big enough for top of the line equipment. The pod was delivered on a truck with a remote control forklift. It came off the flat bed level and will be kept level when reloading after it has been filled. The remote also allowed Ian to place the pod PERFECTLY into a tight spot. We are thoroughly impressed!

This was a great experience I’m so glad we chose to use them for our move.. Ian was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had the box even the same day we called … I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know moving thanks again Ian.

It was just what we needed. So much easier to deal with than a moving truck, and it allowed us the time we needed to get things done at a strady pace instead of rushing. Great staff, and decent prices compared to others. Being local and not a major chain was another selling point for me.

Had a great experience with our move, pod was loaded up and then at our new house and ready for unloading when we moved in. Team was responsive and efficient, great to work with!

After having bad experience after bad experience with the usual moving truck rental companies, I decided to give this method a shot. After working with On The Move, I will never rent a moving truck ever again. Drop off, pick up, and transport times were all scheduled to meet my needs and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Having a rental truck (charged by the day) means load it up as fast as possible and then unload it in a hurry to get the truck back before being charge for an additional day. This often results in hasty packing and the occasional scratched piece of furniture. Using On The Move means you can keep the storage unit and load it piece by piece and pack it correctly without the pressure of an expensive moving truck. 10/10 would work with this company again.

My wife and I used On The Move Mobile Storage for our move from ayer to Ashby. I got one 16’ container 1 month before we were set to move and mid month I realized I need a bigger boat… they had a second container at my house the next day so I could continue loading up everything before our closing date.

We are so thankful for On the Move Mobile Storage, LLC. We rented two moving containers from them and kept them for about 3 months while we navigated through selling and buying a new home. During the rental period, an accident happened that was out of our control and thankfully, with such great owners and staff, they helped us immediately pick up the pieces and were able to accommodate us with another moving container right away. Juliana and the staff that she works with is absolutely incredible. Extremely accommodating,and when it comes to getting things corrected she is fantastic. For anyone that is moving and doesn't want to go through the hassle of finding trucks and getting help and risking things damaged, I would highly recommend their services.

I used On The Move this past summer for my local move. I rented a storage pod for about a month and had them move it to my house. They were friendly, professional and on time and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I was someone who saw moving in the traditional manner. The disorganization of packing, locating a truck, wrestling with trying to squeeze seven rooms of belongings into a typical rental truck. We were directed towards using On The Move storage containers . Best action taken besides selling our house. It made moving so easy and stress-free. They arrived, and placed the box right where we asked. Very professional. We were able to pack boxes on our time-table and then place in the storage container. We packed neatly and with the amount of room inside the container we were able to get our expensive BBQ grill and lawn equipment inside as well. By the time the movers arrived there was only furniture left for them to move. Everything else was in the storage container. With a quick phone call, On The Move returned, picked up the container and delivered it to our new address. Again, very professional. I would highly recommend using them if you’re moving or looking to store something. What could have been a painstaking move turned out to be very easy. Thank you On The Move. Way too go!

I knew moving twice in 3 months was not going to be the most pleasant experience, but On the Move Mobile Storage made storing and shipping my belongings a breeze. Juliana was prompt in her responses, helped arrange everything, and answered all of my questions. The drivers made sure to reach out before each pick-up and drop off, and were extremely courteous and friendly. I was running late on one of my moving days and they were able to re-arrange the pick-up for later that day, which was a lifesaver! Great company, I would definitely recommend and use them again.
