If I could give Ian, Dan and the On the Move Mobile Storage team a million stars I would! Such a perfect experience! They are incredibly organized, professional and beyond responsive. Any time I had a question they would respond on the spot and with such kindness and care.My husband and I were moving to a new state and my first thought was to get a quote for a storage unit. I tried PODS and U-Haul for quotes first but was shocked at the overall pricing structure/fees and all of the fine print. I called a few other companies in the broader MetroWest region and when I connected with Ian I knew On the Move was 100% who I wanted to work with. Not only did he go out of his way to answer the phone anytime I called, he sent an extremely professional follow up email and even made himself available by text which was incredibly convenient. When we were ready to have the unit delivered Ian was there at the exact time we asked him to be and he made the entire process (dare I say it!) effortless! He truly is a logistics master and every scenario I threw at him he accommodated and had a solution for.Moving is stressful and can be a logistical nightmare but that wasn't the case for us thanks to On the Move Mobile Storage. We took our time filling the unit over the course of a month since the pricing was so low to rent it and then they delivered it across state lines - again totally effortless for us! The driver Dan was also a class act and incredibly kind and friendly. We felt lucky to have found such a great business and will absolutely recommend them highly to all of our friends and family! Ian and his team coordinated getting a 26 foot truck to a rural NH location exactly at the time they indicated and 2 days later it showed up at our new home in Georgia right on time. The driver kept us posted on his journey. All this for literally what it would have cost to rent a UHAUL...On The Move ROCKS!!! Thanks to the team.

Horrible experience… never got an estimate. $ deducted out of my account $2430.00. Took 3 days for a response when I called to cancel services within 24 hours of the $ being withdrawn. Only got a partial refund of 1900.00. Agreement not into effect until 10/22 but sure took my money on the 15th. 500 for nothing? Free Estimate? No. FIND SOMEONE ELSE! Reporting to BBB

This place is the best! We were in a bind and tight on time and they were so responsive and friendly. We worked with Maki who was responsive and helpful. And Ian, who was awesome! He was flexible and great to work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pod rental! We will use them again if needed for sure.

Men didn't have any tools with them, they had to use ours. Told company l had a grandfather clock the men tried to move it with weights and pendulum in the clock. Fortunately we caught them before any damange was done. They weren't very experiencedAll in all nothing was damaged.

I can honestly say, I can trust On The Move Mobile to keeping my stuff safe.Whenever I need access to anything in my storage container, I contact Ian via text and he replies back immediately. He not only responds back in a timely manner, he makes it convenient for me to find my storage container when I decide to grab some items from there.☺️

I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. GM, Ian was incredibly helpful and flexible with us. This is also THE ONLY POD delivery/Self Storage available to rural areas in the North East (trust me, I called them all). Even if there were other options, you cannot beat their price, high quality customer service, flexibility, responsiveness and overall quality. 10/10 I recommend this team and service!

Do you ever have a day when crisis hits and after multiple calls to find a solution, you finally find yourself on the phone with someone who has you grinning from ear to ear in relief? That was what happened to me with On The Move Mobile Storage! Ian heard our situation and quickly had solved our problem. From being super professional and friendly, to responding immediately to our emergency situation PLUS being able to maneuver a huge storage pod down a tiny alley and around cars, this company has proved it's worth in gold. I am grateful to be reminded that there are good people in the world who do their jobs well and with a smile. I highly recommend On The Move Storage!

They are a small enough company to give personal service, but big enough for top of the line equipment. The pod was delivered on a truck with a remote control forklift. It came off the flat bed level and will be kept level when reloading after it has been filled. The remote also allowed Ian to place the pod PERFECTLY into a tight spot. We are thoroughly impressed!

It was just what we needed. So much easier to deal with than a moving truck, and it allowed us the time we needed to get things done at a strady pace instead of rushing.Great staff, and decent prices compared to others. Being local and not a major chain was another selling point for me.

After having bad experience after bad experience with the usual moving truck rental companies, I decided to give this method a shot. After working with On The Move, I will never rent a moving truck ever again. Drop off, pick up, and transport times were all scheduled to meet my needs and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Having a rental truck (charged by the day) means load it up as fast as possible and then unload it in a hurry to get the truck back before being charge for an additional day. This often results in hasty packing and the occasional scratched piece of furniture. Using On The Move means you can keep the storage unit and load it piece by piece and pack it correctly without the pressure of an expensive moving truck. 10/10 would work with this company again.
